Summary: I was up in Snowmass on business and took my family along for a nice getaway. The hotel is nice, but a little dated to the mid 1990s. Upon arriving and checking in I was told the new property owners were upgrading the HVAC, so my room has fans. This should have been a reason to comp something, but they charged me full price for the room. The fans did not help in the 95 degree weather. At night I had to open windows to cool the room. The hotel had a wedding reception going on that had loud music till midnight that kept me awake. In addition there were wildfires going on that over powered the room.

Summary: AC didn’t work entire stay. Had to sleep with window open. Even changed rooms and same problem. Had to request room to be cleaned twice and even then they left dirty cups in the room.

Summary: Our room was large nicely appointed and comfortable. The service is the real issue at this hotel. They are understaffed and don't answer the phone most of the times. The majority of the staff do not seem happy to to provide customer service. When I checked out, they presented me with a bill that included room and taxes which I had already paid through Expedia. It seems very unorganized and like I said customer service is very poor.
